Waiving Change / Amend Fees

Guided by our purpose of care, we are temporarily adjusting our policies to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time:

Existing reservations for upcoming travel between March 21 and September 30, 2020:

All existing reservations made before March 21, 2020 that are for arrivals between March 21 and September 30, 2020 can be changed at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Booking dates can be changed into any other dates within the year 2020-2021. High Season and Peak Season Surcharge might apply if the original booking dates are not from the same Season.

Existing reservations for upcoming travel between October 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 :

All existing reservations made before March 21, 2020 that are for arrivals between October 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 can be changed at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Booking dates can be changed into any other dates within the year 2020. High Season and Peak Season Surcharge might apply if the original booking dates are not from the same Season.
