Dear Our Valued Guest, In order to make your Check-in process with us faster and more comfortable, we are happy to introduce you to our Mobile Check-in feature. Please follow some quick steps below:
Click here or scan the QR Code below to be directed to our Mobile Check-in Portal.
Fill in your booking reference (ex: R12345), Family Name and Check-in Date.
Fill in the Guest Details based on the number of adults checking-in.
Upload or Take a Picture of your Passport / ID.
We will confirm all the details that you sent are correct via Email and you are all set!
Make sure to visit our Front Office upon arrival to get your Room Key.
Please keep in mind a couple of Regulations below:
You can only use Mobile Check-in 48 Hours before your Arrival.
Our normal Check-in time is 3 PM (Bali Time).
Mobile Check-in are only available until 3 PM on your Check-in Date (Bali Time).
Please make sure you fill in all the details correctly to get your Mobile Check-in confirmed by our Team.
Should your Mobile Check-in is rejected, you will also be notified via Email with an explanation.
Feel free to try again or simply proceed to our Front Office for normal Check-in procedure upon your arrival.
